Puma team information
Donations and sponsorship policy:
If any player’s family obtains corporate donations or sponsorship, the donations go towards paying that player’s dues for the current season or immediately upcoming season.  If the donation exceeds the player’s dues, the excess may be applied towards a specific team event (tournament fee, team party, equipment purchase, etc.) at the discretion of the team leadership and the donating party.  Corporate donations will be rewarded with the gratitude of the team, a link from the Puma website and increased patronage from the Puma families, as much as possible!

Seasonal Dues:
Team dues are collected prior to the beginning of each season, and vary according to seasonal plans.

Refund Policy:
If a player needs to withdraw from the team for any reason (moving out of the area, changing team, injury, etc.), the current season fees cannot usually be refunded since league and tournament fees are paid in advance of the events.  For that reason, player dues and corporate donations need to be made in a timely manner so that the team can pay its fees in a timely manner, and also so that financial handlings are kept separate from roster decisions.

Fundraising Policy:
1. Group fundraiser event proceeds will be equally shared by the number of families who participate in the event.
2. Individual fundraising event (i.e. ASC discount card) proceeds will go to the family who raised the money themselves.
3. Any corporate donation/sponsorship funds will go to the whole team and be shared by all families on the roster at the time of the donation.
4. After one year, we will update these fundraising policies as a team.
5. If, at any point, someone feels that these policies are unfair because of a specific reason, please let the head coach know and we will revisit as a group right away.
