ASC Thunder is training at the Dulles SportsPlex this summer (in order to avoid the summer heat).  We will be combining our Thunder practices with the ASC Lightening offering 2 nights of practice.

Wednesday:  5:00pm to 6:00pm
Thursday: 5:00pm to 6:00pm
